 We want you — and your pet — to absolutely love your purchase. 
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy for a completely worry-free shopping experience.

 Easy 14-Day Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, simply email us at support@furffy.com.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.
(The return address will be provided after your return request is confirmed.)

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.

 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and grooming products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

 Exchanges

Need a different size or product? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order after your refund is approved.

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please allow a few extra days for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the transaction.

🌍 European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
